Orders are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail recorded delivery which requires a signature upon receipt.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of new, unused goods with complete original packaging
Use of goods is deemed as acceptance by the customer and we will not accept returned used goods under any circumstances.
Please notify us of any damage or errors in dispatching of goods within 48 hours of receipt otherwise no liability can be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return carriage and faulty/incorrect goods must be returned within seven days in their original packaging. If we are satisfied that the error was on our part will replace the item with a new or correct one and reimburse the carriage costs incurred in returning it to us.
